Purple and amethyst 'incalmi' vases

These vases are hand-produced by the 'incalmi' method, in purple and amethyst glass. This technique requires great technical skill, as it involves creating the vase in two separate parts to exactly the same diameter, and then fusing them together while still hot. They would look at home in any setting, whether traditional or contemporary.
