Crackle vases in crystal and gold or silver

Fabulous 'ghiacciati' vases, from the Italian word for 'ice'. The surface of the glass on these vases appears to be cracked. This effect is caused by immersing the hot glass in cold water. The vase is then covered with another layer of clear glass. The end result is a heavy, thick-walled object.

These fantastic vases are offered here as pair, one large and one small, in a choice of crystal and silver, or crystal and gold.
